President

Alimbek Seidullayev – Director of Lancaster Mining Pte. Ltd., Chairman of the Board of Directors at JSC Tin One Mining, Chairman of the Executive Board at JSC Lancaster Invest. In 2002-2004 Alimbek Seidullayev managed JSC TNS Plus, the major Kazakhstan telecommunication company and CJSC IPNet, one of the first providers of geostationary satellite communication services in Russia. Between 1995 and 2000 he held various responsible positions from Head of the Financial and Analytical department to the First Vice-president of Accept Corporation. In addition to his main duties, Alimbek Seidullayev is Director of Lancaster Holding Pte. Ltd., Director of Berkut Mining LLP, Member of the Board of Directors of JSC RTS Decaux, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Boke LLP, Member of the Supervisory Board of Data Mining LLP and Zhylandy LLP. Alimbek Seidullayev is a graduate of the Kazakh State Academy of Management and holds a MBA degree from the Boston University Graduate School of Management, USA.

Advisor to the President

Tengiz Bolturuk, P.Eng., M.Sc., PMI, CIMM, is a Licensed Canadian Professional Engineer. His professional track record includes various international mining projects worldwide, including Canada, USA, Germany, South Africa, Peru, Ghana, Iran, Mongolia, China and former Soviet Union countries. Tengiz Bolturuk has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the mining industry and in processing studies, design, construction, turn-key mining projects implementation with a budget ranging from US$200 million up to US$4 billion. Tengiz Bolturuk used to work at Aker Solutions, Tetra Tech, Barrick Gold, Celtic Resources, Cameco Gold, Cameco, and at the Sary-Dzhaz and Khrustalnenskiy Tin Works. Tengiz Bolturuk’s overall experience is in excess of 25 years.

Executive Director

Axel Schultz is a Professional Mechanical Engineer (Pr.Eng.) with over 24 years of experience in the mining industry, including surface and underground equipment, construction, installations, financial (capital) and project management (EPCM). Axel Schultz holds a wide expertise in gold, copper, silver, lead, zinc and diamonds. Axel Schultz has an extensive project management experience in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Kazakhstan, Peru, and Fiji. Axel Schultz has consistently achieved production, safety and project targets, as well as had a good safety record throughout his career. In 1991 Axel Schultz graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

Vice President of Finance/CFO

Anvar Moldakhanov is the Chief Financial Officer of JSC Tin One Mining. He possesses extensive international experience in financial management, M&A and business consulting. Anvar Moldakhanov graduated from the University of Warwick (1997) and Physics & Mathematics School at Novosibirsk State University (1991).

Vice President, Administration

Dmitriy Khvan graduated from Volskoye Military Academy of Logistic Support in 1998 with a degree in planning engineering and in 2012 from the Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in mining. Dmitriy Khvan served as a Deputy Technical Director at JSC Syrymbet from 2008 and as Acting Technical Director from June 2013. Dmitriy Khvan’s overall experience is in excess of 19 years.

Chief Geologist

Sergey Volkov is a Mining Engineer and Geologist with over 15 years of working experience in open-pit mining, as well as underground mining. Sergey Volkov possesses a wide range of expertise in gold, silver, copper, coal, potassium, bauxites, iron, led and zinc. As a mining consultant Sergey Volkov worked for various mining projects in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Mongolia and Turkey. Sergey Volkov’s special areas of proficiency are introduction and application of the modern techniques in the operational, geological and other services of mining and exploration companies; geological and geotechnical logging; introduction and application of QA/QC procedures; creation of geological models and block models; mineral resource estimation; development of projects from the start-up phase to the first bullion.

Mining Engineer

Ruslan Mamatkulov is a Professional Mining Engineer with 14 years of experience in the mining industry. Ruslan Mamatkulov worked as Mine Planning Engineer at Kumtor Operating Company, as Senior Mining Engineer at TBGMC, and for 9 years as Mining Operations Manager at Mawarid Mining Company, Oman. Ruslan Mamatkulov graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, USA with a degree in mining engineering.

Chief Technologist

Peter Clay has over 40 years of experience in most aspects of mineral processing such as:
– designing and evaluating the results of a program of laboratory and experimental tests;
– geological modeling, mine planning and project evaluation;
– concepts, feasibility studies, the process of development, design, training of personnel and commissioning.
The above works included:
– flotation of basic metals of copper, zinc and nickel ores;
– gold cyanidation;
– wet and dry magnetic separation of iron ore;
– granulation and enrichment of magnetite and goethite iron ores;
– gravity separation and flotation of tin ore;
– dry grinding and flotation of lithium silicate ores;
– gravitational and magnetic separation of mineral sands.
Holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Leeds, Great Britain in applied sciences of minerals.
