Berik Kaniyev – Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Tin One Mining and Member of the Board of Directors of ERSAI LLP. Between 1994 and 1999 he managed his own oil processing and distribution business and worked as President of KBK Ltd., President of Kazneftecom Ltd. and President of Neco Ltd. Throughout 1998 – 1999 Berik Kaniyev was a Vice-president of National Oil and Gas Company KazakhOil. During 1999 – 2001 he was appointed an Independent Advisor to the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Berik Kaniyev is actively involved in a number of social projects: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Non-commercial JSC Republican Physics and Mathematics School (RPMS), a co-founder of its Alumni Fund and a member of its Alumni Committee. As an avid supporter of youth football, Berik Kaniyev is also a founder of the Arlan Football Club, President of the Kazakhstan League of Children-Youth Football “Zhas Kyran” and Vice-President of the Kazakhstan Football Federation.

Syzdyk Baimukanov – Managing Director at Samruk-Kazyna Invest LLP (subsidiary organization of JSC Sovereign Wealth Fund «Samruk-Kazyna»). During 2012-2014 Syzdyk Baimukanov was a Chairman of the Board of Directors at JSC Republican Children’s Rehabilitation Center (subsidiary organization of JSC National Medical Holding under Nazarbayev University). From 2010 to 2012 Mr. Baimukanov was a Chairman of the Management Board at Samruk-Kazyna Pharmacy LLP (subsidiary organization of JSC Sovereign Wealth Fund «Samruk-Kazyna»). In the period of 1996-2007 Syzdyk Baimukanov held different positions at JSC Chimpharm (Shymkent chemical-pharmaceutical plant), from an Authorized Representative of the Quality Management Standards ISO 9001: 2000, Internal Auditor ISO 9001: 2000 to General Director.

Bakhyt Ospanov obtained his Master’s Degree at Duke University, USA in 2006 and graduated from the Adilet Law School in 2003. His project management track record includes KazakhOil NC, World Bank and USAID. In addition, Bakhyt Ospanov managed large contracts with Beijing General Mining & Metallurgical Corporation (GEMCO), Russia (CJSC Russian rare metals, OJSC Progress Plant) and United Kingdom (SRK Consulting Limited). Bakhyt Ospanov’s overall experience in management is in excess of 15 years.

Alan Mitchell Clegg – an Industrial Professional with over 35 years’ experience gained from working and consulting to natural resources, energy and other projects in 164 countries on all continents. He is a registered Professional Mining Engineer (Pr.Eng.), a registered Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM), a registered Project Management Professional (PMP), and carries professional Fellowship status with the South African Institute of Mining & Metallurgy (SAIMM) and the Institute of Quarrying (FIOQ), as well as professional memberships of most of the major Mining Institutes globally. Alan Clegg is a recognized technical assessment, reporting and project valuation expert with key experience in stock exchange listings and the requirements for successful capital raising and financial sustainability.
Alan Clegg has been personally involved as team leader or member of teams that have completed feasibility studies and/or constructed on ECM, EPC or EPCM basis over 60 Projects with a net worth of US$18 Billion over the last 20 years. He has advised a number of governments on Mining Policy, Legislation and Regulation since 1990.
Alan Clegg currently holds five directorships, two in listed companies, and three of which are as Board Chair in service and industrial related sector companies.

Lyudmila Bolotova has more than 54 years of working experience in the mining industry. She graduated the Kazakh State University in 1961 and holds a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry.
Since 1969 Lyudmila Bolotova worked at Kazmekhanobr as a Senior Research Fellow, and since 1983 as Head of the Laboratory of Precious Metals.
1961-1968 – Research Engineer at the Institute of Metallurgy and Ore Beneficiation of the Kazakh SSR and The Eastern Mining-and-Metallurgical Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals.
Lyudmila Bolotova’s research papers have been published in more than sixty articles and reports at conferences, and include thirty scientific patents.
Under Lyudmila Bolotova’s supervision and direct participation, a special technology was developed and launched in operation start-up of more than twenty gold extraction plants in Kazakhstan and CIS countries (e.g. Angren, Mardzhanbulak, Vasilkovka and Zhanan, Mukur, Uzboi etc.).
During the 90s Lyudmila Bolotova contributed as Metallurgy Consultant to foreign companies: Barrick Gold Corporation, (Canada), Aker Kvaerner Canada (now Jacobs), Placer Dome (Canada), Cogema (France), Kappes, Cassiday and Association (US), Alhambra Resources Ltd. (Saga Creek Gold Company, Canada), China National Gold Group Corporation (China).
In 2014 Lyudmila Bolotova was awarded a medal for outstanding achievements in the professional field. In addition, she received an international acclaim as a foreign expert in China for the development of high-tech technology in processing of gold ore.
